Phu My Hung Unveils 297-Unit Triton Crown in HCMC
Phu My Hung's Triton Crown, a 297-unit luxury apartment and commercial podium development, launched on 26 September in Ho Chi Minh City's central Phu My Hung urban area.

Luxury Project Launch
Phu My Hung, a prominent Vietnamese developer, officially launched its Triton Crown luxury apartment and commercial project on 26 September in Ho Chi Minh City. The event, held within the Phu My Hung urban area, attracted approximately 600 guests, including numerous business executives and senior managers.
Triton Crown features 297 apartments, 28 shophouses, and four units combining residential and commercial functions. These are housed within two towers, standing at 16 and 18 floors respectively.
Prime Location and Developer Strategy
The development occupies a 12,050-square-metre site in the Crescent Lake area, a central business district within Phu My Hung. This location represents one of the few remaining plots designated for residential development after more than three decades of urban expansion.
Truong Quoc Hung, Vice President of Phu My Hung, stated the urban area is entering a "2.0" development phase, prioritising luxury and ultra-luxury projects for its remaining residential land. The project covers about 1.2 hectares with a construction density exceeding 58%.
Architectural Vision and Amenities
New York-based Handel Architects designed Triton Crown, drawing inspiration from the curves of Crescent Lake and the movement of water, evoking the image of a yacht. The facades feature curved lines to maximise views of the lake and city skyline, while V-shaped columns elevate the podium. The development also dedicates around 1,200 square metres to resident amenities. These include wellness facilities like a gym, yoga areas, and a swimming pool, alongside social and co-working spaces.
This launch underscores continued investor interest in high-end residential and commercial properties within Ho Chi Minh City's established urban centres. Phu My Hung's strategic shift towards luxury and ultra-luxury developments for its limited remaining land resources in areas like Crescent Lake suggests a premium on future projects.
The strong attendance at the launch event indicates robust demand for exclusive, well-located assets, potentially influencing pricing and future development trends in Vietnam's luxury real estate market.
