Golden Bay Landholdings Inc. presented its Garden City project on August 15, 2026. Chief Operating Officer Jardin Wong hosted a forum in Pasay City. The event, titled "Home, Heart, and Harmony", revealed Garden City's expanded lifestyle concept. Wong stated Garden City offers more than an investment; it provides a comprehensive home environment.
The development adds "Relax" and "Connect" to the traditional "Live-Work-Play" format, aiming for deeper community engagement.
Amenities and Design Principles
Garden City will feature over 16 lifestyle amenities. These include indoor and outdoor gyms, a lap pool, an adult pool, a kiddie pool, a theatre, and a pickleball court. The property also plans a free electric vehicle (EV) shuttle service. This shuttle will transport residents to and from the nearest train station.
Wong noted planners drew inspiration from Singaporean properties, adapting designs for local residents. The development aims to anchor family life through thoughtful community design.
Sustainability and Investor Relations
A panel interview addressed resident concerns, including safety and stability. Wong and Archipelago Builders Corporation CEO Engineer Paulo Pe outlined sustainability features. These include pre-treating soil against termites and raising the property to prevent flooding. Solar panels, EV charging stations, and rainwater holding tanks are also planned.
Existing investors received discount vouchers worth P10,000 to P30,000. One homeowner secured a P50,000 discount off their lump sum payment.
