Vietnam’s Vietstock 2026 to Showcase Livestock Innovation, Sustainable Farming

Industry Gathering in Ho Chi Minh City

The Vietstock 2026 exhibition and conference will convene in Ho Chi Minh City from October 21 to 23, 2026, at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC). Vietnam’s Ministry of Agriculture and Environment’s Department of Animal Health and Production officially endorses the three-day event.

It aims to gather livestock associations, industry experts, businesses, policymakers, and farmers under the theme: “Shaping the Future of Livestock Industry: Innovation-Green Transition-Competitiveness Enhancement.” The programme will offer updates on industry developments, policies, technologies, and production practices within the sector.

Key Conference Themes and Associations

Discussions at Vietstock 2026 will cover critical areas such as animal diseases, sustainable livestock farming, and the One Health approach. On October 21, a session titled “ASF – Past, Present, and Future” will address African swine fever. The Animal Husbandry Association of Vietnam (AHAV) plans a Sustainable Livestock Conference, focusing on small- and medium-scale farms.

Separately, the Vietnam Poultry Association (VPA) will host a Poultry Production Conference on optimising and digitalising Vietnam’s poultry industry. The Vietnam Ruminant Husbandry Association (VINARUHA) will lead a conference on developing ruminant farming through circular agriculture on October 23.

Technology and Health Solutions

Beyond association-led discussions, Vietstock 2026 will feature technical seminars from companies and industry specialists. Jamesway Chick Master Incubator, Inc., for example, will present on hatchery ventilation systems and design principles on October 21. FUJIHIRA Industry Co., Ltd. and STX Co., Lt.

will also host a session covering innovative methods to reduce stable flies and new artificial insemination training models. These sessions aim to provide practical insights into production technologies and animal health solutions, directly addressing operational challenges for businesses in the sector.
